Telo v hlave (The Body in the Head), subtitled The First Fitness Almanac, fills a gap on the book market about the world of fitness. The author reflects on the relationship between personal trainer and client, debunks myths about weight loss in gyms and metabolism, and looks at women and fitness. He also offers his own authentic nutrition confession and a guide to coaching life through a healthy lifestyle. Published in Slovak.
The book’s motto: Nobody can prescribe anything to anybody.

Founder of bodybuilding and fitness in Czechoslovakia and later Slovakia. Founder of the Slovak Association of Fitness, Aerobics and Conditioning Trainers and author of the Brimich concept ALL-IN-ONE machine. Conditioning coach of national tennis and volleyball players.
